For those owners who feel like any portion of their business isn’t running as smooth as it should, Dave Schultz is available to lend an experienced set of eyes and ears to offer objective opinions and suggestions.

Business Mentoring

A recent study finds that only one of every ten businesses started will still be viable after 12 months. Of that 10% who survived the first 12 months, only 10% of them will make it through the next four years. With a 1% five year survival rate — first time entrepreneurs have virtually no chance without a Mentor who has previously navigated these shark infested waters. Dave offers an annual mentoring arrangement, where he spends a day at the business meeting with key people to get a feel for their business, and then will make himself available to answer any questions related to the operation of the business.
